TITP
The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) was established in Japan in 1993 to support developing countries by hosting their citizens and providing skills training through On-the-Job Training (OJT). This initiative serves as a platform for international cooperation, facilitating the transfer of skills, techniques, and knowledge acquired by technical interns back to their home countries. By doing so, it enhances human resource development and contributes to the economic growth of these regions. In line with India’s goal to become the skill capital of the world, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has taken significant steps to enhance skill development initiatives. A pivotal move was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with Japan’s Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on October 17, 2017. This MoC aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation between India and Japan in the field of skill development.
TYPES OF TITP
The acceptance of a candidate as a technical intern under TITP is of two types: a) Individual-enterprise-type technical intern training: A system wherein an IO accepts employees of local overseas companies, joint venture companies, or companies with which it has financial dealings, etc., and conducts technical intern training of said employees.- b) Supervising-organization-type technical intern training: A system wherein an SVO accepts technical interns, and the training is conducted by IOs affiliated with it.

SSW
Specified Skilled Worker is a residency status introduced by the Government of Japan in April 2019, aimed at allowing Indian youth to work and reside in Japan. This status was established to address Japan’s significant labor shortages by accepting workers with specific skills and expertise. As of July 2022, Japan has signed Memorandums of Cooperation (MoC) with 15 countries, including India, with the MoC between India and Japan signed in January 2021.

Process
At Eagle Hunter Solutions Limited, the process for placing interns in Japan starts with the identification and selection of the candidates by the SO, determining where candidates will be placed as interns. Suitable candidates are then enrolled based on the demand in Japan (by SVO/IO). In India, candidates receive training in Japanese language and domain skills (as per SVO/IO requirements). After training, candidates are interviewed and selected by the SVO/IO. Required documents are submitted to Japan for OTIT training plan approval with the support of the SVO. We obtain the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from Japan for each selected candidate. Training then commences in Japan with the SVO and IO. Upon completing the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), candidates return to India, equipped with valuable skills and experience.Japan

技能実習制度(TITP)は、開発途上国の国民を受け入れ、実地研修(OJT)を通じて技能訓練を提供することで開発途上国を支援するために、1993年に日本で設立されました。この取り組みは、国際協力のプラットフォームとして機能し、技能実習生が習得したスキル、技術、知識を母国に移転することを容易にします。そうすることで、人材育成を強化し、これらの地域の経済成長に貢献します。 インドが世界のスキル首都となるという目標に沿って、スキル開発・起業省(MSDE)はスキル開発イニシアチブを強化するために重要な措置を講じてきました。重要な動きは、2017年10月17日に日本の法務省、外務省、厚生労働省と協力覚書(MoC)に署名したことです。このMoCは、スキル開発の分野におけるインドと日本の二国間協力を強化することを目的としています
TITPの種類
TITP に基づく技能実習生の受け入れには 2 つの種類があります。 a) 企業単独型技能実習:IOが海外現地企業、合弁企業、または 金融取引等のある企業に外国人を派遣し、当該従業員の技能実習を実施します。- b) 団体監理型技能実習:SVOが技能実習生を受け入れ、所属するIOが研修を実施する制度。

イーグルハンターソリューションズリミテッド では、日本でインターンを配置するプロセスは、SO が候補者を特定して選択することから始まり、候補者をインターンとして配置する場所を決定します。次に、適切な候補者が日本での需要に基づいて登録されます (SVO/IO による)。インドでは、候補者は日本語とドメインスキルのトレーニングを受けます (SVO/IO の要件に従って)。トレーニング後、候補者は SVO/IO による面接を受け、選択されます。SVO のサポートを受けて、必要な書類が日本に提出され、OTIT トレーニング プランの承認が行われます。選ばれた各候補者に対して、日本から在留資格認定証明書 (COE) を取得します。その後、SVO と IO による日本でのトレーニングが開始されます。技能実習プログラム (TITP) を修了すると、候補者は貴重なスキルと経験を身につけてインドに戻ります。Welcome to ADCO
Thank you very much for your kind patronage and faith in our abilities. As you know that we are Delhi based Indian / overseas professional trade testing centre. We have a total area of about 6000 sq. ft. At a time near about 500 people can wait inside the centre and we can put about 50-60 candidates at work of different trades at the same time. We have two separate cabins for delegations, from where you can have the complete view of workshop. The area is totally commercial with a good parking space.
Our panel of experts includes highly qualified and experienced engineers and technicians from different fields. These people put the job seekers for testing in a very professional manner and evaluate their performance as per the requirements of the companies. After evaluating their skill & ability to perform their duties in a highly competitive and professional environment, if they qualify, we issue them a certificate for the requirement of the sponsors, the embassies, and the immigration department. The same team of engineers and the technicians provide the technical training to the candidates also if needed.
Language
Language Training: Japanese (JLPT, JFT, NAT – N5 to N1), German (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2) and English (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, CELPIP and the Cambridge English Qualifications of KET, PET, FCE, CAE and CPE) language proficiency.
Technical Training: Skills proficiency test for Japan’s requirements in agriculture, healthcare, accommodation, livestock, and hospitality sectors etc. and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge for career opportunities in these industries.
Prometric Test Training : We provide training and coaching so that the candidates could clear CBT and get the licence for DHA, MOH, HAAD and all gulf exams.
PDOT Training: We provide pre-departure orientation and training to accustomed them with the corresponding country’s culture
